When you buy services from Mulehill Networks you gain direct support from us via our Contact us form, email, or phone at (888) 685-3445. Business support is provided seven days a week 7AM to 7Pm. If you don't reach us directly calls and emails will be returned with an hour.
Ordering
Orders for new and renewal services should be made using this on-line eCommerce application. Using this system will allow to login at a later date to check the status of your order and provisioning. Alternately you can Contact us via our web form and we will call you right back to work up an order on the phone.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
By the Account Activation Date of each month, Mulehill Networks LLC shall either:
(1) debit the client's credit card (when such information has been provided by the client); or
(2) deliver, by email or regular mail, an invoice in accordance with the applicable Service Fees for services rendered for the current month. When an invoice is delivered to the client, payment shall be remitted to Mulehill Networks LLC by no later than the specified payment due date. Mulehill Networks LLC shall be entitled to immediately terminate this agreement for client's failure to make timely payments. You will be provided with an invoice on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis depending on your plan. All credit cards are billed automatically on a monthly basis. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have sufficient credit to cover this transaction. In the event that there is insufficient credit, we will send an e-mail notification, at which point we will need to be provided with another credit card account number within 24 hours. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the account, and all accounts under that account plan, will be suspended.
Pricing and service plans are subject to change, as new plans are made available they will be posted on this web site. Customer who purchased a prepaid annual plan will not see any increases until the following year, if there service plan is affected by any changes. 30-days notice of any plan changes affecting price will be given.

At the top of every page of this website is a link to our client services page. Please login with your username and password to review your orders and order status. Order status is updated every twelve-hours.
